Using the App
Talking Jellyfish is licensed, not sold. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s standard App Store terms and these Terms of Use.
Premium Purchase
Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time Apple confirms the purchase. Premium unlocks the paid features described in the app and does not expire.
Refunds and Restores
Apple handles billing, refunds, and purchase history. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the in-app Restore Purchases button with the same Apple ID to restore premium access. Refund requests are managed through Apple.
Acceptable Use
- Use the app lawfully and in line with Apple’s platform rules.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its bundled models.
- Do not use the app in situations where failures could cause injury or other high-risk harm.
- When using voice cloning features, ensure you have appropriate rights or permission for any audio you use.
Privacy
Talking Jellyfish is designed for on-device use. Read the full Privacy Policy for details on how the app handles data.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
